The Eclipse Clan

- All officers will only be allowed to rank each individual person to Warrant Officer-WO.
After that they must be promoted by another high ranked officer or high council member as well as, you must request to promote and must present a reasonable reason to promote until they reach WO5.
If the high council member and the WO are in the same division, the WO may not be promoted by that particular high council member.
-Each Division of the clan (Minus MLG Team) Should delegate and train members in their division (at least 1 person per MOS ) to fit all the  Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) .
-Officers (2LT) and higher are the only people allowed to promote members in the clan.
-Officers can only promote members in their division (players wearing their emblem) Unless you are one of the top 3 members of the clan.

-All soldiers must follow the chain of command which begins at Second Lieutenant (2LT). If any Officer/Member 2LT or higher within the clan gives a member below 2LT an order, you must accept and respond with a verbal confirmation (Yes Sir/Ma'am). If you do not agree with said order for any reason, you may bring it up to another officer within the clan or directly to the clan leader "The 99th LORD". The 99th LORD is in charge of all inner-clan diplomatic issues and anything he says is final.
-Teabagging in The Eclipse clan is allowed but it is highly recommended that do not teabag in any Matchmaking Game
-When an officer (2LT or higher) is speaking, all other members of the clan must be completely silent and halt any questions/comments/concerns that they have unless the matter is extremely important and MUST be said.
-When an officer yells "COM Silence" or "Raido Silence" All communications must come to a halt.
-When "Permission to Speak" is in effect, you must ask for permission to speak before speaking or making any unnecessary noises.
-Members of the Eclipse clan may not challenge or declare battle/war on another clan unless they have approval from the High Council & the member is at least 2LT or higher.
-Eclipse clan members are not to trash talk or annoy/harass members in our clan as well as any other clan unless that clan or member does first. If you are being harassed by a fellow clan member, please report it IMMEDIATELY to an officer of the Eclipse clan.
-Members of the Eclipse clan are not allowed to join the Clan Leader's game or any of our Allies's games without permission from an officer in the Eclipse clan as well as permission from an officer/general in the ally clan (even when the game is on OPEN). 
-If you have any proof/evidence of a traitor in the Eclipse clan, you must address it to a Division Leader (officer 2LT or higher) and you may not speak about it to any other member(s) in the clan without permission from an officer. 
-If you withhold any information about another member in the clan or group of members in the clan from an officer and that information is key/helpful information (non-personal) You will be punished accordingly, because that information may be helpful to the clan if known or harmful to the clan if not known.
-You may not mute another Eclipse Clan member unless given permission by an officer.
-Officers may not mute other officers EVER, unless given permission by the clan leader.
-If you are found lying to an officer of the Eclipse clan (regardless of how many lies or how big the lie), you will be punished accordingly.
-Do not poach recruits or members from other clans (unless they are enemy)
-Skipping out on punishments will only make the severity of the punishment increase.
-Do not insult an officer in any way for any reason, especially behind their back.
-If you wish to transfer Divisions/Squads within the clan, you must contact both, your previous Division/Squad Leader & your new Division/Squad Leader and  make sure that both of them have agreed and are fully aware of your changes and why.
-During any and all training maps, meeting maps, etc. (any map with clan) you must always have the game on INVITE ONLY so that no enemies/random players join the game, creating any awkward or unnecessary conflicts.
-Each division is only allowed to have a maximum of 16 players enrolled in their division unless that division has special permission from the High Council as well as the Clan Leader.
-Officers my not order other officers to do or say anything unlesss of their rank difference
-Officers must be active at least 10 hours MINIMUM every week unless they have an appropriate excuse as well as they have notified the high council in advance.
-Every Week , all Eclipse Clan Officers are to send an updated/current list of their division's roster & ranks to The 99th LORD via the clan email by 11:59 pm . (you should keep an updated list at hand at all times, update as you go not only every week)
-Guests are allowed to play sometimes with clan members if they ask for permission first, however, each member of the clan is held responsible for every action/word that their guest says or does while with the clan.

RAID RULES

Base control is determined by the attackers having twice the amount of members in the base as the defenders.

-Both teams must start out as an even amount 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6, 7v7, 8v8

-If More than half of the lobby lags out, then the raid is canceled and a draw is called or no win for either side.

-The attacking Team must control the base until the other team gives up.

-No bridges that exceed a length of 3 Colosseum walls (without cover).

-No initial spawns inside the base.

-No leader, custom or zone traits (unless used as traps or for base movement).

-No kicking players from the game (unless they have been AFK for more than 5 min & had a msg sent to them warning them they will be kicked [Must have proof of msg]).

-No excessive use of kill zones.

-No inactive players. If you are AFK, you will be messaged, Warning you will be kicked.

-Attacking team must attack (some effort to attack must be made you cannot sit at the spawn). 

-There must be cover at the spawn (even if limited).

-There must be at least one visible entry to the base accessible from the outside.

-Guest are allowed but must be actively playing players.

-Open game slots can be filled by either team at any time. 

-Ending the game is a forfeit for the team that is game leader when & if the game is ended.

-The Map that is used must be owned by the defending team or they need permission from the original author.

-If you lose a base, you cannot use it against the winning clan.

CODE OF CONDUCT.

Diplomatic Rules:

1) If an opposing force declares war on the Eclipse Clan then the Eclipse Clan decides what map along with what game-type to play on & vice versa.

2) The clan declaring war MUST have their clan leader (or VP) send a "TEXT" message via Xbox Live to the The Eclipse clan leader (or VP) stating that they declare war on our clan. (For Proof)

2) After war has been declared, soon after there will be a "War Terms" meeting to discuss the rules/regulations/terms for the war so that the war can be dealt with properly and civilized and without confusion or miscommunication.  In the "War Terms" meeting, both leaders of each clan in war mode will converse with their second in command (XO) present (or another representative) to determine a battle time, date, how many will be fighting in the battle and how many battles the war will involve.

3) To form an alliance with the Eclipse Clan, you must contact the Clan leader The 99th LORD via xbox live message and visit the"Allies/Enemies" Tab of the website and fill out the "Clan Alliance Application Form" . Also be prepared before requesting an alliance; you must be structured, organized, respectful, loyal..etc.

4) Any clan that decides to party-bomb, surprise raid, do an attacking raid, or do a defending raid against the Eclipse clan is welcome to do so IF and only IF an official, legit, known, commanding officer of the Eclipse clan or the leader (The 99th LORD) is present in the battle(s) at all times, otherwise the battle is false/invalid and will not be counted against or for the Eclipse clan.
